2027-2028 ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

Please be advised that only parents and/or legal guardians can submit an interest/enrollment forms, receive credit for attending the Virtual Enrollment Information Session and complete the registration process.

Important age/birthdate requirement information below

  • Student’s birthday must be before or on September 1st, 2023 in order to be able to participate in the Interest process.
  • Students must be 5 years of age on or before September 1st to begin Kindergarten. Ex: student’s date of birth should be before or on September 1st, 2022 to be eligible for K for the 2027-2028 school year.
  • To be considered for TK enrollment, students must turn 4 on or before September 1st of the school year. Ex: student’s date of birth should be before or on September 1, 2023 to be eligible for TK for the 2027-2028 school year.

2026-2027 Sibling/Staff priority registration:

Interest forms must be completed by January 4, 2027 or sooner, attendance at the Nov 12, Dec 3, or Jan 7 Virtual Enrollment Information Session is required. After you attend your Information Session you will receive a priority lottery number, a full set of registration forms, and documents that must be turned in by January 15, 2027. If all requirements are met your TK and K students will be admitted. All 1st-8th grade students are placed on a waitlist until they have been assessed and spaces become known in May 2027. Those families not completing the priority registration steps as outlined above will need to follow the General Enrollment Lottery Process. 

2027-2028 General Enrollment Information

For your child to be eligible for the 2027-2028 school year lottery, the following steps must be completed by the parent/legal guardian of the incoming student.

Step 1: Complete IInterest Form to receive emails in order to set up account for interested students.

Step 2: Receive an email approximately 5 school days later (if you do not receive this email check your spam folder or contact OCEAA) with credentials and steps to: 

  • Set up PowerSchool account using the link emailed to you. This will allow you to complete the forms below.
  • Complete forms in PowerSchool:  41-Legal Guardians (27-28), 42-Demographics (27-28)
  • Choose Virtual Enrollment Information Session Date and Time (Hosted via Zoom, dates below)

      • Thursday, November 12th, 2026 (interest forms completed by Nov 9)
        • Spanish @ 10:00am-11:00am (must join no later than 10:10am) 
        • English @ 11:15am-12:15pm (must join no later than 11:25am) 
      • Thursday, December 3rd, 2026 (interest forms completed by Nov 30 )
        • Spanish @ 10:00am-11:00am (must join no later than 10:10am) 
        • English @ 11:15am-12:15pm  (must join no later than 11:25am) 
      • Thursday, January 7th, 2027 (interest forms completed by Jan 4)

      • Thursday, February 4th, 2027(interest forms completed by Feb 1)

      • Thursday, March 11th, 2027(interest forms completed by Mar 8)

Step 3: Approximately one week before your chosen date and time you will receive an email from
OCEAA with a link to your Virtual Enrollment Information Session.

Step 4: Attend the Virtual Enrollment Information Session as scheduled.

Step 5: Receive welcome and lottery number via email within 5 school days after attending the Virtual Enrollment Information Session.

All steps must be completed by March 11th, 2027 in order to be included in the 2027-2028 lottery.

Lottery date: March 11, 2027

Once the lottery is held the results will be posted by 5:30 pm at www.oceaa.org and at the main entrance on Broadway to the school. 

TK and K students selected in the lottery will be contacted by OCEAA with next steps to follow for enrollment. All remaining TK and Kinders will continue on the waitlist until contacted as a space opens up or parent/guardian withdraws interest in enrollment. 

1st-8th grade students are placed on a waitlist until they have been assessed and spaces become known in May 2027. Parents will be contacted as a space opens up. 

Parents will have 3 days to accept and 5 days to complete the required forms when contacted with an offer of enrollment. All lottery numbers expire on March 1, 2028.
