2026-2027 SIBLING PRIORITY ENROLLMENT INFORMATION FOR NEW STUDENTS
Dear OCEAA Families,
Orange County Educational Arts Academy (OCEAA) is enrolling NEW students for the 2026-2027 school year. When specific requirements are satisfied, parents that already have a student enrolled at OCEAA are eligible for sibling priority registration. Continuing students will complete registration at a later date so this process is only for brand new students to OCEAA in the 2026-2027 school year.
2026-2027 Sibling/Staff priority registration:
- Complete your initial interest form for each new students ahead of an upcoming info session and no later than February 3, 2026:

- Attend one of the required Virtual Enrollment Information Sessions on available dates
- Thursday, January 15, 2026 |Interest Formsmust be completed by Jan 12 prior to session
- Spanish @ 3:30pm-4:30pm (must join no later than 3:40pm to meet attendance requirement)
- English @ 4:40pm-5:40pm (must join no later than 4:50pm to meet attendance requirement)
- Thursday, February 5, 2026 |Interest Forms must be completed by Feb 2 prior to session
- English @ 9:30am-10:30am (must join no later than 9:40am to meet attendance requirement)
- Spanish @ 10:40am-11:40am (must join no later than 10:50am to meet attendance requirement)
- Links to the info sessions are provided via e-mail after your initial interest forms are submitted and processed.
- Thursday, January 15, 2026 |Interest Formsmust be completed by Jan 12 prior to session
- A full set of registration forms and required documents are completed in PowerSchool by February 20, 2026.
- The admissions lottery will take place on March 18, 2026.
- All 1st-8th grade students new to OCEAA are placed on a waitlist until they have been assessed and spaces become known in May 2026. Those families not completing the priority registration steps as outlined above will need to follow the General Enrollment Lottery Process with no priority.
Please note that in order to be eligible for sibling/ staff priority registration, all requirements must be met by the stated deadlines and we are unable to make exceptions.
